I was deeply saddened to hear about Teresa’s passing. Although many years have passed, I fondly remember my time as an apprentice chef under her guidance at La Stazione Restaurant, Artarmon. The memories of her mentorship have always stayed with me. I often thought of her, and the invaluable lessons she taught me as I progressed in my own culinary career as a Chef.

I hope she has found peace, and I offer my deepest condolences to her family. Teresa will always reamin in my heart.
