My sincere and deepest condolences to the Ponticello Family and friends. I am very fortunate to have had the pleasure of working with Paul over more than 10 years. Paul leaves a legacy of fond memories and much valued advice about life professionally and personally, which I will forever treasure. Sharing a table at one Paul’s favorite Italian restaurant in Leichardt will never be the same..Sarai per sempre nel nostro cuore e nella nostra mente: riposa in pace Paulo.

  • AVS Staff says:

I am heartbroken at the loss of such an amazing person. Working with Paul for many years I enjoyed hearing about places he’d travelled to and recommendations of places to visit, mainly in Italy, I leaned on him for his wise choices of wine and restaurants for our events and loved our banter and laughs about life in general. Paul’s time with us was too short but his memory will forever be a treasured part of all who shared time with him. My sincere and heartfelt condolences to Paul’s family.

I proffer my deepest commiserations to Paul’s family. I met Paul only a couple of years ago through riding with the Vespa Club. Paul was our gentlemanly friend. He imbued us with his good humour, his positive outlook on life and his grace. He was a good person to be around. I, as many in the Vespa Club, will miss him. He left us too early. Farewell Paul.

  • Brendan Walsh - Reliance, Rockwell colleague says:

My sincere condolences to Paul’s family and friends. I have incredibly fond memories of Paul as a colleague and a friend. He gave a young guy a start that I probably wasn’t really ready for but he was a great motivator in his own quiet way. Over the years of working with Paul I admired his leadership and style and have tried to model much of what Paul taught me into how I deal with people both professionally and personally. I am saddened by the fact we wont have another “catch up”. RIP Paul.

  • Liam Hayes says:

  • Christina Campbell Worthwhile Recruiting says:

I was deeply saddened to learn of Paul’s passing. Paul
gave me an opportunity 30 years ago that shaped my career and life. In countless ways. His unwavering support will never be forgotten
I have fond memories of our animated negotiations over rates for staff , his sharp wit and dry sense of humour always had me guessing until I got to understand the kindness that lay beneath. He had a way of connecting with people that left a lasting impact and he will be missed . Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.

    Dear Paul,
We didn’t have much interactions at RA, but every time you came down to Melbourne office, you always say hi to people, you were well respected by many of us.

I remembered when Serene and I went to Sydney for a work trip. You took us to an Italian restaurant not far from Kings Cross. The pasta I had tasted delicious but it was hard compared to how I cook at home ( Chinese Cooking pasta) then I realized I have been cooking pasta the wrong way after how many years feeding my family.

You will be sincerely missed. Rest in peace!

    Dear Paul’s family,
I’m deeply sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathies go out to the family.

    Jessie Liu from RA
