Good Evening Andrew and Laura,
A week has passed since we lost a very special person in our lives, Rocco Fedele.
I am writing on behalf of my family to offer our heartfelt thanks to you and your wonderful team. Your care and guidance right from the very first phone call has been amazing. No question was too difficult, every request made possible.
I would like to thank the reception staff, Peter who assisted us with arrangements, Maria Natoli, who led us beautifully during the Rosary, and everyone who works behind the scenes. Your drivers also displayed such professionalism, yet showed great warmth.
Your presence at the funeral was so greatly appreciated, the support of your staff on the day was incredible. Wherever we turned, someone was available and ready to lend a hand, You clearly care about what is important to a family during such times of sadness, and this is what sets you apart. For this we are truly grateful.
Dad’s funeral was special, just how we imagined it would be.
