Good morning Andrew and Laura.
I wanted to convey my personal thanks to you for your service during this very trying time. Your support and guidance throughout the past week has been greatly appreciated and your respect for Lida, Antonio, Roger and the family has been invaluable.
Joanne’s care was lovely also, and your whole team provided us with the most personable and warm-hearted attention.
I would like you to know that we felt privileged to have had Bishop Geoff Robinson as the presider of the Mass – his ability to combine the English and Italian languages so well, along with his gentle and eloquent approach was beautiful.
Matthew’s musical talents were very impressive and I am so happy that he was able to provide such a meaningful dimension to the memorial and celebration of Lida’s life.
Thank you for being so accomodating, patient and understanding as we worked together to create a most memorable and appropriate requiem service, which Lida herself, I am certain, would be most pleased with.
In all my sadness I am grateful for your presence and comfort as we faced the difficult passing of my little sister.
