I hope you’re keeping well.

I wanted to express my gratitude to you for your thoughtfulness, professionalism and kind attention in ensuring that my dad’s funeral ran smoothly.

The passing of a loved one is a very difficult time and the organisation of a funeral can be overwhelming. However, your sensitivity and understanding from the time you met us at the Cardinal Freeman Aged Home until the funeral service was over, was very reassuring and supportive. For this, mum and I thank you.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew, Peter, John, Francesca, Carmen and all the staff for their contribution to what was truly a lovely celebration of dad’s life.
