She did not immediately attempt to express a false sense of intimacy, but always conveyed a restrained and sympathetic approach. Her kindness on the day was a great comfort. By the time we had all experienced the funeral service and witnessed insertion together and she was driving us home, we had established a genuinely warm relationship with her.

Losing someone you loved so much is an horrendous thing to go through, I really didn’t know how I would cope I was in a daze and confused on the day and prayed for strength and my prays were answered God sent me beautiful people. Your guidance, care, patience, respect and professionalism was amazing and you made that day so much easier for me.

A week has passed since we lost a very special person in our lives, Rocco Fedele.

I am writing on behalf of my family to offer our heartfelt thanks to you and your wonderful team. Your care and guidance right from the very first phone call has been amazing. No question was too difficult, every request made possible.
I would like to thank the reception staff, Peter who assisted us with arrangements, Maria Natoli, who led us beautifully during the Rosary, and everyone who works behind the scenes. Your drivers also displayed such professionalism, yet showed great warmth.
Your presence at the funeral was so greatly appreciated, the support of your staff on the day was incredible. Wherever we turned, someone was available and ready to lend a hand, You clearly care about what is important to a family during such times of sadness, and this is what sets you apart. For this we are truly grateful.

Dad’s funeral was special, just how we imagined it would be.
