Dear Aurelio, Ginette & Simon, Zara & Sasha, sending our heartfelt sympathies on Rochelle’s passing. It has been an immense privilege and pleasure to have been a close friend of Rochelle’s since we were teenagers. We shared our first rental home together as Uni students and our first adventures together exploring south coast NSW in her Datsun 120Y in 1977.
Rochelle‘s generous spirit, sense of social justice, determination, commitment and optimism are second to none. A trail blazer who could rise above adversity when required to achieve positive outcomes. She inspired many, many people through the rich tapestry of her life. Roger & I have so many warm wonderful memories of the precious times we shared with Rochelle and Aurelio.
Rock will be sadly missed but forever in our hearts.

It is a long time we have not seen each other but at least I was able to text you to tell you that you are one of the woman I admired most in my life!
A rock, a point of reference. You taught me a lot! Your life was taken too soon, you had so much more to give. You have a special place in my heart.

Dear Aurelio,
Ettore and I send our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved wife and our very dear friend Rochelle. We remember her warm and caring nature, her great zest for life, her passion to help those in need and her generous hospitality. Rochelle’s optimistic spirit and positive outlook were always inspirational to her many friends. We are offering Masses and prayers for the repose of her soul. God bless you in your deep sorrow.
