I was heartbroken to hear of your passing. When you booked in for your maintenance, I was overseas and missed the chance to see you again. If I had known it would be my last opportunity to greet you, to chat, and to care for your locks, I would have moved mountains to be there.
You were more than just a client—you were a kind soul, always open, honest, and full of warmth. Our conversations over the years were something I truly cherished, and your generosity, both in spirit and kindness, never went unnoticed.
I’ll never forget the time you brought Nat, to your appointment. We were all chatting away, and I got so caught up looking at her while talking that I accidentally stabbed you in the head with the crochet hook! You were so calm and kind as always, never making me feel bad about it. That was you—patient, good-hearted, and always bringing good energy into the room.
You were taken far too soon, and my heart aches knowing the world has lost someone as special as you. May your journey continue in peace and light. You will be deeply missed.
